Today I harvested Yerba Santa in the afternoon heat when resin production was at it’s highest. I placed the chopped leaves into a mason jar, and covered them with 93 proof organic botanical gin. I’ll strain the tincture in 6 weeks, and put into amber dropper bottles for Fall/Winter use. I’ll update with the results, but after 10 minutes the gin is already turning a beautiful shade of green from the Yerba Santa.
