Blue Flax is an upright perennial with a delicate appearance. It has blue-green, fern-like foliage and produces an abundance of 1” sky-blue flowers in the spring and summer.

Plant in well-drained soil in full sun or part shade from seed or container. Include Blue Flax in a perennial garden or in a meadow with other native wildflowers such as Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Penstemon, and Salvia.
