    Toyon Berry Cider

    Collect berries in winter.

    • Cover dried berries with water.
    • Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 – 30 minutes while crushing berries.
    • Strain and sweeten as desired.


    I’m so excited to learn about Toyon Berries being edible! Thanks for sharing! I like using the berries in my holiday wreathes. They are so much easier to find than Holly.
