    Elderflower Liqueur

    -Cover 20 Elderflower umbels (blossoming flower heads from Sambucus mexicana) with vodka in a mason jar.
    -Seal and let sit for a month. After a month, strain out the liquid and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar.
    -Shake it every couple of days for another month or two and enjoy.
